2011 Channeled Spiritual Healing Newsletter Dear Ones, What does one write during such difficult times? When one of Spirit wishes to deliver all good things and not alarm the general populous, one must wait until the information to be delivered is received. “This is a time of the breakdown of the construct. What was can no longer be. The beast is reveling in its glory and it must consume all light in its path - swallow it and die. In this death the phoenix rises (pure light essence) and a new era on earth is born. You will receive this message in different forms from different sources, but from here you receive it in the language that a good majority of us were raised with. Good vs. Evil. We have reveled in glory and in material possession as this is quite normal for corporeal beings – but we came to this earth with a collective consciousness and Soul consciousness. The first step is that this consciousness needs to be awakened. Once awakened we all connect on a deeper level; a level that shifts our focus from the material to the Spiritual. Here we dwell in the Light of God where our focus becomes about loving one another, Grandmother Earth, all her living beings, and all that is (the Universe and more…). Compassion, creativity, patience, and freedom are the hallmarks of this shift. We become free from the burden of material possession and the belief that we need more and more material things to make us feel safe. We are freed from greed which is driven by fear. And we awake to the senselessness of war. This is for all of us. Not the few, but all. In each culture this shift will take place and we will see this common link in one another - The link of love. And we will want to be a part of it and nothing else will satisfy us. This will be the new golden era of Spiritual awakening as we fully remember God and we will not be satisfied unless we are participating in the process of creation and evolution of Spirit.” Who knew that in our lifetime we would be a part of such a tremendous awakening?

2010 Channeled Newsletter Be Hopeful Dear Ones, Be hopeful in all you do. Know that you are cherished beyond measure and your presence here on planet earth is so very, very important. You are a part of all that is, all that was and all that is to come. Your suffering is not in vain. Your accomplishments hold lasting value. When you give and live from the heart you do the right thing. Heal one another through love and compassion and once again, do not allow fear to direct your thoughts and actions. These are some of the most difficult times that you have ever experienced. The loss feels tremendous, and yet with loss comes love; love that is extended to you from the Divine into your Soul and from others who will offer their hearts in compassion and love to you. Be willing to accept the help – be open to the gifts that are waiting to be received. Do not judge yourselves or others as you transition into this new life. Again know that you are loved and safe. You cannot fail even if you feel like a failure. In every experience comes wisdom – and even though it may be humbling – you are humbled to release from ego and to receive more - trust in the Divine. Be open to the changes that come to you. You can no more fight the inevitable changes in your own personal life and the lives around you than you can change the cycle of the moon. We are all connected. With change comes new opportunity – always remember this even if you don’t feel it immediately. Allow yourself to be in the process; grieve, let go, and be hopeful for the future of human kind, animal kind, the planet and all that is.

Fall 2008 Newsletter ~ Fearless ~ The energy has been intense – the fear palpable in this country and around the world – fear has driven the human consciousness and Soul for so very long now – what seems to be an eternity in years and so the question is – are we now in a place; are we ready as a collective consciousness to move forward? Let’s begin with decision making. Are you making decisions in your life based in fear? Are you afraid that you will not have enough money? Are you afraid that your country will be attacked by your enemy? What is your personal fear? If you are making any decision based in fear then it is the wrong decision. I’m not talking about jumping out of the way of a moving car when you experience that adrenal fear rush – of course not – I am referring to the everyday deep seated fears that we all face. Do you feel alone in this? Fear is the deepest darkest tool of negative energy – call it what you will – but when you function and live in such a way that you are driven by fear – then the fear shuts you down emotionally i.e. on a Soul level and kicks you into base survival mode. Granted, again, if you are in immediate imminent danger – this is one thing – example; the bear in the woods is attacking – you use the adrenal fear rush to deal with the situation. But what has happened for many of us is we have not evolved – we believe that we are always in danger – we haven’t released from survival mode and moved into connecting with our internal compass – the one that God has provided us. When you live day to day in fear you are no longer in the creation process and you are truly separated from the Divine. Fear is the opposite of Faith – meaning that if you walk in the way of fear you believe on some level that you are in danger and that you walk alone in this world. It doesn’t matter if you have a spouse or significant other or a whole crop of friends – you feel alone. Faith means releasing from personal control and remembering – first remembering – that we are connected to and a part of the Divine – always have been – and as such we have immediate access to; strength, hope, compassion, and love. With these tools we can live a fearless life – if we only open ourselves to it. It is then that we become a part of creation – fully, completely – here we work with positive life giving God energy, as opposed to fear based destructive energy. What will you choose? Yes you do get to choose. Become aware of how active fear is. Just how pervasive. Guess what? You get to say no to that. If fear is being used as a tool to promote an idea, to influence your decision making or to manipulate you in a way that stimulates your survival fear instinct then take a time out – look for the hidden messages and undertones of manipulation. Envision for a moment that you are not in imminent immediate “danger” – you will become quickly aware of how we as a people can be cajoled into believing these things because the tool of fear is very powerful – but will you be a party to it? Many of my client’s look at me with elucidation when I speak of Faith – I speak of taking time to develop a relationship with the Divine – everyday – every waking moment to become a walking prayer. Are you looking for an exercise in faith? This is one of your greatest opportunities to begin or to expand on your walk of faith. As you are experiencing this fear right now; whether it is for your country; your job; your personal finances; your children – just name it – I invite you to begin your prayer for guidance, for support; give this fear over to God. If necessary give it over again and again and again. As you do you are working to align with this loving life giving energy – and guess what? You become a part of it and you awaken that part of yourself– yes something positive and life giving – you become a part of the Faith and creation process rather than the fear process. Congratulations! Did I say it was easy? It is never easy to release from control – it can literally feel as if the ground is falling below you and you are dropping into some great unknown abyss. Feel it – feel your process – allow for it – and release from the fear. And again, congratulations, you are now working with not only the Divine but the collective consciousness – oh did you forget? We are ALL connected together in the Divine…. So I return to that original question; have we evolved enough as a collective consciousness to release from fear and to become more than we have been – ever? Are we finally ready to move away from “warring mentality”; “power mentality” “greed mentality” “lying mentality” and into a shared culture of peace? Think that can’t be accomplished? Then you are not there, and the rest of us will lovingly work to support your journey. Know this; goodness, love, and hope will prevail, as we work together to be more – to fully embrace this incredible gift of life and to treat ourselves and this planet with respect and love. That is the difference – when we remember that we are a part of creation and God – we remember our value and the value of the gift of this precious life and journey. When we look into each others eyes; whether it be the eyes of a friend, a loved one, a stranger, a person in a position of power, or a political candidate – remember always, to look first, but always, always listen with your heart. I invite you to reread the 2008 Universal message entitled "truth" on my website. And please know; “To the degree that we are able to free ourselves from our fears and limitations; and to the degree that our heart and Soul centers are healed – this is what will determine the outcome of our future”. Let us go forth today and honor this intention as a collective for it is in union that we become one people. Just think – as each of you opens this email and reads this today and in the days to come - we begin a meditation, a chant, and we sing a collective song. Sum-all Channeled Newsletter 2007 Dear One, Intellectually I wanted you to receive this newsletter right around the summer solstice, but spiritually I was guided along another path. Sum-all is the combination of Summer and Fall, and as we travel into the fall time I am able to release what I have written over this summer combined with newly received “preparation for fall” information. As always I believe that the timing is exactly as it should be. Know that it has not been an easy task, because as I receive the information, on a very human level I find that even I am resistant to it. Funny thing being human; we create internal struggle by our simple resistance to change. And yet all things must. As I receive so that I might give - may Blessings and hope pour into your very being. Summer of the shake down We all just wanted to rest in summer and take in the abundance of nature but the truth is, the reality is, that we are now experiencing a planetary transition – we are actually experiencing a solar system/universe transition. There have been many illnesses in all that is possible for a human being to experience; there is much physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual upheaval. The shift is great enough that some of us will be leaving the planet. You will have noticed in your own personal life that you are experiencing pains that you have never experienced before – this again is a resistance to change. Resistance is fear; fear is the opposite of faith. These are particularly difficult and challenging times and we continue to be called internally to align with Higher Source. You may feel that you have been abandoned. You may feel that darkness is all around and influencing every outcome of pain. Consider this children; it is your own resistance to the flow and ebb of this life and the need to control outcomes that create your disconnection. As a result some of you will not continue to travel this life – understand that everything has purpose and there is no waste, your Soul journey continues. Whether you stay or leave this planet understand further that we will all die to our old ways and selves. The collective consciousness is shifting to a new level. It is rising, the energy is moving upward and outward. Spirituality on this planet is deepening and preparation for what is to come is underway. Earth The earth itself has changed and continues to change; the planet has shifted in space itself – it is almost as if it was picked up and dropped and it is no longer on the exact same course that it has been for a millennia. There is a deep internal “jostle” that has taken place with a pervasive sense of unease. Whether is be the metaphorical representation of shifts in planetary power or an actual physical shift, it is enough where all creatures are experiencing the effects. The magnetic field has hiccupped deep within Grandmother Earth and the question is; why? The diversity of beliefs, faiths, and understandings on this planet are coming into alignment; in other words coming into agreement. The Mayans predicted world change in 2012. Astrologers predict the same beginning markedly as soon as 2008. Evangelical Christians are making reference to world events and aligning them in action with Scripture and Armageddon and yet another belief system called Ascension/Divine Cosmos predicts the same. So we are being made further aware, every day, of how our lives are going to change. Yes it is uncomfortable and it is hard for me now to write these words as I see your pain. But know this; we are in the process of birthing. Ripe with the pregnancy of our personal and collective history and actions, combined with the Universal consciousness, we now begin labor, and yes, labor can be painful, but also beautiful. The end result is creation, new life. Let us all remember creation. Love one another How do we choose the path of faith instead of fear? We must first understand that we are first and foremost here on the planet in a gifted way. Yes this life is a gift and being in human form is precious. But we couldn’t be here in the body, robe, without our internal battery, that internal spark, that invisible but visible energy deep within our beings – our very Soul. The Soul is no random energy. It is a part of the Divine and we all have this. The Divine waits for us all to recall our connection, the purest form of energy, that which is life itself, that which is God itself and that is pure love energy. It is a simple yet difficult task. The human being wants to survive, wants to control its environment and to be safe. The human being wants to create these same things for their children. It is survival and we need this. We could not have made the progress (survived) on this planet without that survival instinct. But it is in this human form that we need to keep our understanding of what survival is in check. Once it goes beyond actual survival without connection to spirit, it becomes something else. Once survival needs are met, if we do not become conscious of our internal spirituality then we have not made a conscious choice about aligning with it. We lack spiritual consciousness and stay focused on survival and comfort. If we haven’t become aware of our internal selves at this point our energy and attention begins to revolve around fear. Will I have enough? What will happen to my children? Who will provide for me in my old age? It is time to release from these limiting fears and misperceptions about self care. World (Universal) change is a great motivator to get you thinking at the very least about spirituality and your internal spirit! Once you’ve starting thinking about it you’ve begun your alignment. Once you’ve made a choice (to accept that Divine Love is a part of your life/being) you can begin the journey one simple step at a time.
Care for one another It is a time of giving and receiving as well. It is time to give of our time and resources where we haven’t before. This comes out of either sheer obligation or necessity or as an act of generosity – but we will be compelled to give, to spend more time in generosity but there is a flip side to this and that is the receiving side. As we make this shift and we release from past controls, we come to understand why we have used this control and have viewed our almost absolute independence as strength. This is for each individual to discern for themselves. Now when offered help, graciously, humbly, lovingly and with trust – receive it.
