Soul Awareness Expansion ClassTM The Soul Awareness Expansion Class is appropriate for those who have either previously attended the Soul Awareness Class or for those who work in the Healing Arts. This is an all day class with a break for lunch. This is the expanded version of the Soul Awareness class and includes: Lecture: The Soul - the real you - how the awareness of who we really are can affect our life experiences and how healing from old traumas and injuries can help to create a balanced and whole human journey. Yoga: We will practice simple yet powerful Kundalina yoga poses with meditation for the Soul Connection including mantras. Meditation: We will complete our class with an even deeper proactive meditation designed to allow for the free flow connection of the Higher Conscious Mind to all parts of the mind and the Soul Center. Check out the 2010 Schedule In this class we connect with our Higher Conscious Mind to reconnect to the deepest levels of who we really are. We freely open our heart centers to heal from the injuries of our Soul journey thus reestablishing our connection to our loving Sacred Selves.
